What counts as transcription time?
The length of the audio you transcribe — not the number of exports. Re-exporting the same project as many times as you like costs nothing extra, and editing words never uses minutes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account and you won't be charged again. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. A yearly plan costs the same as ten months, so two months are free.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices show in euros for visitors in Europe and in US dollars everywhere else. You can switch currency above the plans. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
What does the free plan include?
Two minutes of transcription a month, clips up to 60 seconds, every caption style, export up to 2K and unlimited exports with a small watermark. SRT and VTT downloads are on paid plans. No card needed.
Do you store my footage?
Rendering runs in your browser, so your video never needs to leave your device to be exported. Only the audio is sent to our transcription provider to generate captions.
